1. Casual Gathering: This event is a relaxed meetup designed to help radio enthusiasts connect, share experiences, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

2. Main Location: Our main meetup spot will be at the East Picnic Shelter. Additionally, we have reserved the North and South Beach Shelters for anyone who wishes to use them.

3. Park Rules and Regulations: Please make sure to familiarize yourself with the park's rules and regulations. It's important that we respect the park staff and natural environment.

4. Radio Equipment: We kindly ask all attendees to refrain from hanging or affixing wires, masts, or other radio equipment to trees. This will help ensure we do not cause any harm or disturbance to the natural environment of the park.
